  • Make‌ ‌contact‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌Coordinator‌ ‌(either‌ ‌below‌ ‌or‌ ‌by‌ ‌phone‌ ‌085 866 8062)‌ ‌

  • An‌ ‌intake‌ ‌form‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌conducted‌ ‌in‌ ‌person‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌Coordinator‌
  • Intake‌ ‌information‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌shared‌ ‌from‌ ‌the‌ ‌Coordinator‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌Therapist‌
  • Therapist‌ ‌will‌ ‌make‌ ‌contact‌ ‌to‌ ‌arrange‌ ‌an‌ ‌appointment‌ ‌time‌
  • Client‌ ‌can‌ ‌use‌ ‌discreet‌ ‌side‌ ‌door‌ ‌to‌ ‌entrance‌ ‌and‌ ‌exit‌ ‌the‌ ‌building‌ ‌for‌ ‌sessions‌
  • First‌ ‌two‌ ‌sessions‌ ‌are‌ ‌free,‌ ‌all‌ ‌subsequent‌ ‌sessions‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌charged‌ ‌according‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌financial‌ ‌situation‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌client
  • All‌ ‌notes‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌stored‌ ‌in‌ ‌a‌ ‌locked‌ ‌cabinet‌
  • There‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌a‌ ‌review‌ ‌session‌ ‌conducted‌ ‌at‌ ‌the‌ ‌end‌ ‌of‌ ‌week‌ ‌6‌
  • All‌ ‌information‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌kept‌ ‌strictly‌ ‌confidential‌
